Returns & Cancellations

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can. If you're not satisfied with the items you’ve ordered, you may return them within 30 days of receipt provided the following conditions are met:

Return Conditions

  1. The item must include all original parts and components, and be returned in its original packaging.

  2. Only normal handling of the product is acceptable; breakage due to careless use will not be accepted.

  3. Items related to hygiene must be thoroughly cleaned before being returned.

  4. Any defects must be reported immediately upon receipt.

  5. We reserve the right to charge shipping costs for returns.

  6. Returns are processed within 7 business days. If all conditions are met, the return will be officially confirmed within this timeframe.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if we suspect that the items were used or damaged through no fault of our own.

How do I return my order?

If your order meets the conditions above, please follow these steps to begin the return process:

  1. Send an email to: info@[yourdomain].com

  2. Include the following in your email:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photo(s) of the product (in case of damage)

    • Full name and address of the customer

📦 Important: Do not return your order to the sender address. You will receive the correct return address after contacting us.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Right of Withdrawal (STORNOBAU)

Consumers have a right of withdrawal under the following conditions, provided they are natural persons not acting for commercial or professional purposes.

A. Cancellation Policy

Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date you or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier) received the last item.

⚠️ Since we use an automated system, orders are processed immediately after placement.
Cancellation is not possible once the product has been shipped. Please wait until the goods arrive and return them afterward.

To cancel, please email us a clear statement indicating your decision to withdraw. The cancellation becomes effective when we receive both your request and the returned goods.

✉️ For faster handling, please send us your shipping confirmation once you've dispatched the return.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract:

  • We will refund all payments received from you excluding shipping costs, unless you selected a more expensive delivery method than our standard shipping.

  • The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving your cancellation and the returned goods.

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
